have a webinar tonight on EV, looking for to it; bunch of traders talking EV stocks . Wont be an active participant as im pretty much a chartist, lol . I'll share any good info, if any. After Nov 6th, some sectors had some serious fuel : emerging markets , cannabis, green energy, 3 obvious ones. They all popped, got even better in early Jan when the Senate , stunningly, went Blue (leave it to the nutter Trump, lol) --they have played out incredibly. Now the question is ----Is the party over? dont think so. I believe retracements are places to add (for long term investors)or enter (trader or investor). Look at those 3 sectors charts, just fuckin' wow.
anyway, if anyone doesnt believe in the EV's crazy momemtum? well, GM and Ford are breaking to 52 weeks highs, why? they are in-- full throttle: EV. Some of these stock charts r nonsensical-- look at Ford's today, mimics a small cap pharma , lol. VW has pretty much gone all in
the tech just keeps improving seemingly at nutty speed, hard to keep track. NIO and TSLA will have cars that can go 500 miles on 1 charge!!! I believe Lucid Motors has one already, again tough to keep up as shit changes so fast, and actually NIO claims its new et7 has a 620 miles range !!
anyway for none stock pickers, etfs are available for the EV market,kinda safer instant diversification...but no homerun glory . Can use a portion of one's portfolio and buy and hold---have a look in 3-5 yrs.
some information ive come across;
EV sales projected to grow 20X!! from 2,000,000 to 40,000,000 by 2025 (seems an ambition projection, lol). and what's largely driving this is the dramatic decrease in costs for Lithium batteries. Soon enough the price tag for an EV car will match a regular/modest gas car-- good grief, only way ya buy the gas car is if u dont like money
NIO's new flagship eT7 sedan .....
